Color is dark blue with purple details, hand painted over a white cotton base.
The flexible high waist can be folded over. The design is really cute across the hips and butt. For reference, I am a size 6 at 5'4" and usually wear small or medium in yoga pants and leggings. I'm wearing size Small in these photos.
